Matonhodze M (MR.) Bsc, Msc, MBL (UNISA)
Founder Member | Managing Director
Matonhodze Murombedzi is a founder member and the Managing Director of AdvotiqCATA. He brings more than 40 years of business leadership experience across corporate management, governance, strategy, and business turnaround.
He has held senior leadership positions as Managing Director and Executive Chairman and has worked as a turnaround strategist for several leading companies in Zimbabwe. He is trained in Corporate Governance through the Commonwealth and has served as a board member and director in organisations including Afrosoft Holdings Limited and BTAL Tanzania. He is also a founder member of DCI Care in the United Kingdom.
At AdvotiqCATA, Matonhodze provides strategic leadership, governance oversight, employer partnership development, and long-term business direction. His role is to ensure that the company grows as a trusted, ethical, and sustainable workforce mobility platform that serves both African talent and international employers with integrity.

Founder Member | Global Talent Mobility & Visa Processing Lead
Since 2015, she has worked through Advotiq Limited in truck driver relocation, HR support, headhunting, and business process services. She has successfully supported the relocation of drivers and a student to Lithuania and has worked with opportunities linked to Lithuania, Latvia, and Slovakia.
Ciru also served with the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Lithuania in Kenya, supporting diplomatic liaison, official visits, citizen assistance, and Kenya–Lithuania project coordination.
Kumbirayi M BBA (University of Hertfordshire)
Founder Member | Operations & Business Systems Lead
Kumbirayi Murombedzi leads Operations and Business Systems at AdvotiqCATA. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom and has practical experience in operations management, systems automation, and business process integration.
He previously served as Operations Manager at DCI Care in the United Kingdom for five years. He is also an Odoo Partner with strong experience in systems automation and integration within the Odoo ecosystem.
At AdvotiqCATA, Kumbirayi is responsible for building efficient, technology-enabled operational processes that support the full candidate and employer journey. His work focuses on ensuring that sourcing, vetting, documentation, training coordination, visa tracking, employer communication, and deployment processes are structured, traceable, and scalable.
Priscillah M BAcc Hons. MBL (UNISA) , CA (ICAZ)
Founder Member |Finance, Risk & Compliance Lead
Priscillah Murombedzi leads Finance, Risk, and Compliance at AdvotiqCATA. She is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe, with more than 40 years of business and executive leadership experience.
She has served as Managing Director and as a board member and director in several companies, including Insco Zimbabwe. Her background combines financial discipline, governance experience, risk management, and operational accountability.
At AdvotiqCATA, Priscillah ensures that the company’s financial systems, internal controls, compliance processes, and risk management practices support sustainable growth. Her leadership helps the organisation maintain transparency, protect stakeholder interests, and operate with the financial discipline required in international workforce mobility.
